Delete Your SixClouds Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your SixClouds account and data, whether or not you still have the SixClouds app installed.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (fastest)

If you still have the SixClouds app installed:

  1. Open the SixClouds app and log in.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the two prompts.

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, or can’t log in, contact us and we will process your request:

  • Use our contact form, or
  • Email us at support@sixclouds.net

Please include the email address registered to your SixClouds account so we can locate it. Requests submitted this way are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo)
  • Your video watch history and progress
  • Your quiz attempts and scores
  • Your worksheet download history
  • Push notification device data
  • Referral records associated with your account
  • Any unused activation codes on your account

What we retain

We keep the following, as permitted for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes:

  • Payment and transaction records (e.g. subscription purchase history), with your personal details removed/anonymized — kept for accounting and tax compliance

Important notes

  • Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel it separately through the Membership section of the app, or through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store subscription settings on your device, if you don’t want to be charged again.
  • If you have an open transaction (for example, an active project on the SixClouds Marketplace), deletion will be completed once that transaction is resolved.
  • This action cannot be undone.
